1. Overview

With the continuous development of science and technology, testing equipment is constantly updated. Our company closely follows the technological development of advanced countries in the world, and through its own efforts, has developed a new HDR-01 digital crawler imaging detection system.

The system can visually present the inspection results of pipeline welds in the computer in real time, and is helpful for operators to judge the inspection results on site. At the same time, the on-site test results can be retrieved remotely, saved for record, or the results can be directly verified by experts. The system can directly print the position and location information of the site, the time, the welding port number of the work site, and some related information on the image without modification, completely avoiding the suspect of cheating.

The system is composed of the following parts: remote PC, DR imaging board trolley, external radiographing machine trolley, internal shooting pipeline crawler and other systems. Through the wireless local area network, the control and acquisition (transmission) of the map can be completed at one time. The staff can remotely control the computer to complete the inspection of the pipeline weld and save the original image for retrieval and flat film. The image of the system is clear, and the double-wire evaluation fully meets and exceeds the requirements of national standards.

 

2. Composition of equipment

The system is composed of two parts: in-pipe shooting equipment and outside shooting equipment.

Internal shooting equipment composition:

High-frequency X-ray pipeline crawler, pipeline outer wall crawler (carrying flat panel detector, central router, lower computer PLC), DR flat panel detector, PC workstation (digital image acquisition and processing software).

Outdoor shooting equipment composition:

Pipeline outer wall climbing car (carrying flat panel detector, central router, IP10 lower computer PLC), DR flat panel detector, pipeline outer wall climbing car (directional high frequency X-ray generator, auxiliary router, IP11 lower computer PLC), portable high frequency control Adapter, data cable, power cord, PC workstation (digital image acquisition and processing software), PC workstation (digital image acquisition and processing software).

 

3. Technical indicators of corresponding equipment

3.4 Digital image acquisition and processing software

With one-key inspection function, the operator selects the pipe diameter and wall thickness according to the pipeline parameters preset in the software database, and enters the weld number of the inspected weld. The system automatically selects the preset parameters and automatically completes the entire weld. Detection and storage. The software has the function of manual intervention, which can adjust the detection speed, increase or decrease the detection speed, and adjust the detection step length (detection times) according to needs.

 The operator can preset the window width and window position before the test, so that the brightness and contrast of the collected images are consistent, and can be directly evaluated after the collection is completed.

 With positive and negative image inversion, image inversion and rotation, image enlargement and roaming, image interpolation edge enhancement, partial enlargement/restoration of the original image, alphanumeric labeling, image marking.

 With ruler line segment measurement.
